Policy on Returns and Exchanges

  1. Our product must not be opened and has all the original sealed and tape
  2. Delivery of a product that is incorrect (wrong).
  3. Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / you want to exchange with other product.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return purchased items within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn and without any flaws.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of INTEX packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Returns Reasons

  1. Damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
  2. Delivery of a product that is incorrect (wrong) / incomplete (missing parts)
  3. Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
